Deeply comforting, soothing and insightful
I’ve just finished listening to the first episode with Minnie Driver. I am a fan of Julia Samuel’s and although I was excited about this new podcast, I kept putting off listening to the first episode because I was afraid I might find it challenging given the focus on the loss having suffered a recent loss myself. But I needn’t have worried. This episode was so relatable, enlightening and deeply comforting. It’s a really beautiful conversation that touched on so many truths about loss that you just don’t know until you’ve been there. This is work that adds love, beauty and understanding to the world. A must-listen.
