Love this show
I love this podcast, and how compassionately it explores the topics of loss and healing. Each episode feels like a warm, understanding conversation with someone who deeply grasps the nuances of grief, and who isn’t rushing anyone along to heal faster. Julia's offers unique insights that I find really resonate with me. And, really, grief is such a challenging topic to discuss, and I’ve not personally been around others who have processed other people’s grief well. So often we want to tell people it’s going to be alright, and try to hurry them on to heal faster, and we don’t have any patience for them. I love the way Julia speaks with her guests, and how there is no sense of rush, no sense of “ah you’ll be fine one day.” For anyone looking to navigate their emotions or understand grief better, this podcast is a treasure. Julia and her daughters have created a supportive space that feels both enlightening and soothing. Highly recommended for its compassionate perspective and invaluable advice.Read full review »

It was very moving. Congratulations to Cariad too for her empathy,...Read full review »
