Just finished this “book.” It made for a fantastic commute. Nothing quite like listening to a saga of an incremental journey while making small sojourns one’s self. Engrossed from start to finish. Makes you want to get up and go, even if it’s just a short stroll! Have loved reading and sharing many of Alastair Humphreys’ other books, especially The Boy Who Biked The World which was a big hit with the classes I’ve taught.
