Enjoyable even if you don't watch "Law & Order"
First off, let me just say that this podcast has the best theme song. It's a perfect ear worm and I sing along at the start of every episode. I became familiar with Kevin Flynn and Rebecca Lavoie with their first podcast, "Crime Writers On..." Their witty repartee and insight on "Crime Writers On..." led me to try this podcast despite somehow having never seen an episode of the Law & Order franchise. (Seriously.) The beauty of "...These Are Their Stories" is that Flynn and Lavoie make the pocast accessible even if you've never seen the series by including a quick episode summary before the critique. They have regular segments with musical cues, and each guest host answers their favorite detective team and prosecutorial team before digging in to the episode discussion. At the end of the podcast, it is revealed what inspired the "ripped from the headlines" story. If you support Partners in Crime Media and pop culture, this is definitely worth a listen, even without being a Law & Order fan.Read full review »

This podcast is hilarious and a must-listen for any law and order fan! Now I always notice how witnesses seem to busy to stop unpacking vans to talk to homicide cops! Very funny, well made, amazing music. I absolutely love this! Where can I buy this theme song?? ❤️
