Nice Guy, Little Evidence, Love the show!
Seth has a fantastic radio voice, is well read, and very fair minded. He leans toward Richard Dawkins call to mock religion, but just a little, which I think is good for ratings. I haven't really heard a philosophical argument on the podcast, and uncertainty about religious history has been expressed, but nothing factual from historians of all worldviews. Pre-supposing anything before an honest assessment of as much evidence as is REASONABLE, will still end in a conclusion that you started with, and that is what I hear most on this show. That said, I would rather hear this show than any other atheist podcast. I think everyone should not be afraid to speak what they are thinking, and everyone should look to find others that disagree with them and give each other time to explain why, and listen. If we all did that, we might find that the majority of us have not thought through and researched our conclusions from all points of view.Read full review »
