Australian listener
I’ve had this podcast sitting in my library for quite a while, so today I thought I’d start listening. I chose episode 29, series 9, I think. The incredibly sad stories of devoted couples who would do anything for each other, even suicide pacts. Listening to this episode has opened my eyes up to the complex issue of voluntary euthanasia. It was a difficult episode to start with. I agree in part with some reviewers about Ben’s voice. However, I also feel that his slow delivery allows the thread of the story to sink in. Somethings I find narrators much too fast and I’m left trying to pick up the pieces. I love anything that hails from the UK, this included.

This podcast is very well done: always respectful of the victims and families, while still providing interesting and informative cases. I'm looking forward to the next episodes!Read full review »
