I guess it's a personal thing, but the rhythm of the delivery is unnatural, and pauses occur like clockwork where they ought not to be there, interrupting sentences every 2 seconds. “You need to change the tone. You talk about a murder, but in a voice and manner that would be more suited to reading children their bedside stories about fairies. Perhaps speed up a tiny bit, and imagine you are a police DC, reporting to your superior officer.”
