“I can tell that there’s a shift in my mood and mindset after listening to this podcast daily. I use a daily planner to write down the positive affirmations, write and answer the question, and write down the quote so I can reflect throughout the day. Answering the questions gives me time to reflect and find the good in me. I grew up with a negative family, so now as an adult, I’ve only been used to hearing, seeing, and saying just the negative. I set mini goals based on the positive affirmations I hear on this podcast. Like for example, on 1/25/22, an affirmation was “I take the time to show my friends that I care about them.” I only saw the negative even in my friends, but after hearing that, I started acknowledging the good, reaching out to the distant friends, and taking the time to have genuine conversations with them. This podcast is helping me heal personally, professionally, and create stronger relationships with my family and friends. I’m on a journey to become a better version of the person I was yesterday. This podcast is giving me the tools to do so. Thank you!”
