“I choose to be slim and healthy” Are you serious? This is a daily affirmation? Do you know anyone with an eating disorder?? Or recovering from an eating disorder? What is wrong with you???? Why would you make this an affirmation? This is so dangerous. You have kids listening to this podcast.
