I didnt really know much about affirmations but i was going through a rough patch and thought i’d give them a shot and they’ve made SUCH a difference! I listen to this podcast every morning and it always puts me in a better headspace. THANK YOU!!!

When I first started listening, that’s all I would do is listen. But now every morning I sit with my journal and I do the work. I listen and I write it down five times each, then I say it out loud. It is inspiring and has actually helped my mindset and bring life and energy to my days. Pretty cool.
