Thank you Tim. Great, topical podcast. Do you have a view on TRE/IF for active adults - I train 7 to 9 times per week for triathlon but I’m just an age grouper, nothing special. On one hand, I like the idea of IF for the potential metabolic benefits but on the other I worry it would impact my training. What are you thoughts? Cheers, Amanda @amandaswellbeingpodcast

Informative, unbiased and easy to listen to. I really appreciate how relevant the topics are, Tim’s approach is refreshing and this podcast doesn’t play up to the hype of the “wellness” industry. A fantastic listen!
