I’m so glad to have stumbled across this podcast. There’s so much rubbish out there and it’s refreshing that Dr Tim provides evidence-based research and commentary in a world filled with so much “wellness” nonsense.

I have listened to a couple of this podcast and it’s refreshing to hear real nutrition being discussed and not just some fads. The facts are clear and well researched.

I absolutely love Glennon, wife, and sister. It feels like the family I’ve always wanted. I’ve grown so much listening to these three brutally honest, brilliant, and hilarious women. I love and appreciate the shows where it’s just the three of them chatting but also enjoy the guests. Thanks for...Read full review »

This podcast gives more clear, fact based, easy to digest nutrition information than I’ve learned on paid courses. 100% you have to make this a staple of your learning diet.

Episode 71. I have heard every podcast and love them all as they are so fact filled. Love that. And now, after hearing Tim describe his generalised eating plan, I’ve gone from “liking” Tim to “loving” him. 😊

Simple and informative, and not overly long! Really reassuring message about healthy eating that emphasises simplicity and nutrition rather than restriction! After listening to several of your podcasts I resumed eating bananas and oats which I abandoned in a misguided quest to eat low carb.
