Love this show!
Audience here in China! I have always been fanatic about nutrition but find few shows that are really evidenced-based and scientifically well explained. I love how this show relates each piece of the information to sound academically peered reviewed research. Each episode is very specific and focuses on its main topic. The length of each one is perfect for listener to grab the theme and not be overwhelmed. Also suitable for binge listening 🥳

Simple and informative, and not overly long! Really reassuring message about healthy eating that emphasises simplicity and nutrition rather than restriction! After listening to several of your podcasts I resumed eating bananas and oats which I abandoned in a misguided quest to eat low carb.

I’ve been a nutrition epidemiologist for years, and have studied most of these areas at some point (even Loma Linda). And indeed over time I’ve gone from studying nutrients to EAT THE DAMN FOOD, as long as it is not processed. Hopefully people will listen to you, because they do not listen to me.
