I absolutely hate the relentless adds for this podcast and how often the SAME thing gets repeated over and over. Hate having to listen to that annoying sound of baby carrying on. My headphones when I’m listening to something completely different from this baby podcast

I’ve patient and listened from Holly to Andrew, Leigh and Tegan, Tegan to Libby and now Tegan to everyone. But the Thermomix Infomercial tipped me over the edge. I’m sorry we’re breaking up.

Excellent Mother in law advice from Sarah-Marie! Food in many families is expressing love so the table is laden!

It’s such this was my fave OG parenting paddy. Now I can’t keep track of the voices and ever changing hosts…

I loved this episode. It made me laugh out loud and I’m not a laugh out loud person! I felt like I was having a coffee and chatting with friends. As a mum who always seems to be getting nit alerts from school and checking heads it was very relatable. It also made my head a bit itchy. Thanks guys,...Read full review »

I’ve been hesitant to listen for a while as the show was feeling a bit repetitive. But I am really enjoying the new show. Good to hear more diverse voices, thank you for listening to your audience.

Loving the new host. As a single parent it’s so refreshing to hear her side of the conversation. Am literally laughing out loud. Thank you!!

Oh Holly!! How I have missed your tones on this glorious mess!! I found this episode so useful being a mother of a new high schooler. Love the combined episode of Help I have a teenager and this glorious mess!! Listened several times. Thanks so much!!

For reasons unknown, I listened to the no filter podcast where Mia interviewed Leigh who was actually crying for the multiple attempts for IVF. It was the worst thing possible for her, yet now between her socials and her podcast, etc, all she does is complain about her son, and constantly puts ...Read full review »

I’ve been listening to this podcast for ages now and I just don’t know what it’s trying to be. It does seem to be more and more just two really privileged women complaining about parenting. It could be so much better even with that format. There is so little nuance in their discussions. I like...Read full review »

So relieved we no longer have to listen to that whining, grifting and excessive affiliate-linking scab who will do anything to furnish her overpriced eastern suburbs shoebox for free. Good riddance!
mistyfrommelb via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 10/25/23
Might listen again now Leigh is leaving. She is so indulgent and vain, clearly doesn’t like parenting and spends as much time as possible away from her child.
JoL82 via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 10/24/23
It’s time to go…Leigh! Please. How I miss the down to earth earth insights of Holly and Andrew. Tegan provides some relief from the relentless whining and woe-is-me attitude of her indulged co-host.

I have stopped listening as these are women who are not parenting experts - Leigh in particular has only one 4 year old child and publicly states how much she hates being a mother. This is evidenced by how many weekends she spends away from him. She is NOT somebody I would turn to for parenting...Read full review »

It’s bad enough her Instagram changed from being my fave beauty expert to now just sprouting free cleaners and meals, but she also complains about her poor boy all the time, how she dreads her one day with him, and then gives advice to outsource?! Umm Leigh you get to outsource for free, most...Read full review »

The choice of hosts kills me. It surprises me from Mamamia as the company comes across as one who cares about diversity representation. I’m not sure how many people actually relate to two wealthy white straight women who live in the eastern suburbs, the things they complain about are often very...Read full review »

Not to be a total jerk, but having one four year old doesn’t really give you much to stand on when it comes to ‘parenting’, you just can’t have accrued enough miles to be able to contribute enough, which really comes through - plus it’s wildly obvious she’s not that keen on being a parent....Read full review »

This used to be one of my favourite podcasts, but lately I just feel like I’m listening in to a private conversation about 2 mums whinging about their kids. It’s just not that interesting anymore.
Felicity_R via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 03/11/23
The intro of this podcast is shocking! Blaming parents of toddlers for their behavior, calling a child a “bad person” and friends toddlers jerks and on a high horse saying, I will be raising my kid right. Coming from someone who doesn’t even have a toddler age child? Talk about making parents...Read full review »

It’s frustrating how they have ‘experts’ on the show to give advice, but in real life the hosts don’t follow the advice, so they end up later recommending that parents do the opposite to the advice that the expert gave in a previous podcast episode. Had to stop listening for this reason, too much...Read full review »

I would never leave my kids while in a brand new city (on holiday) with someone they do not know, no matter if they are safe. I suggest not going on vacation if when you get there you feel like getting away from your children.

Fun and funny. I feel like I learn something in most episodes, or at least walk away with something to think about.

Gosh it was so nice to hear Holly back on the pod and talking about parenting. She is something special, particularly when talking about parenting, I just lean in wanting to hear more and more. I wish she could stay on. Her and Tegan are great - it’s good to hear parents together that are at...Read full review »

Please get new hosts. Both these ladies are white, wealthy and have involved husbands. I miss the male perspective of this show.

I used to love holly and Andrew’s big kids. But I can barely listen to teagin and Leigh, they are both very wealthy, happily married, white, inner city Mums of neurotypical able bodied kids. Very self centred, ungrateful, whinny and judgemental. They don’t offer any useful advice, some of their...Read full review »

Lovely, happy hosts ! But jokes between the hosts about bribes and calling the police on the kids. All my friends are interested in how to parent in todays world, with evidence to back it. Would love to see hosts leave the advice to professionals. Bit old school I think.
lou_lou_lou98 via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 06/06/22
As much as love some of the recommendations, listening to Leigh whinge about some things being “too much” is a bit out of touch. Perhaps some more diversity of hosts also, not all family’s are inner city, middle class families!
BiancaG89 via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 04/17/22
Love Leigh and Tegan. They are so funny and offer great parenting hacks. Great content, my favourite was the Maggie Dent episode about toddler tantrums - I’ve listened to it multiple times ❤️

Conversations about outsourcing cleaning, laundry, robot vacuums, dysons, etc. don’t really appreciate that not everyone can afford these ways to ‘ease the mental load’. Switched off after 10 mins.
