“I'm a huge TMBTG fan for a few reasons. Loved the insight from Lior's Open Mike Eagle episode. Who'd have thought Open Mike Eagle, a hip hop artist from Chicago would count Brooklyn's Nerd Rock Band, They Might Be Giants, as one of his major influences! You don't' learn things like this from superficial 3 minute interviews on youtube or TV.
This must be the gig is the only podcast I ever listened to with my 79 year old Father. He was an still is a big Gloria Gaynor fan. (he would play her 8-Tracks every sunday on the way home from Church.) And TMBTG was the first podcast my Dad ever listened to!
