My Teenage Years Summarized in a Podcast
Sometime in 93, I started going to shows here and there at Skater’s World and the Wayne Firehouse. Within a year, I was going to a show nearly every week. By the time I was 14, I was booking shows, helping at others, and attending 2-3 a week. Whether I was in a muddy pit at Montclair State for Ska Against Racism, watching Mars Volta set off fire alarms, seeing World Inferno’s lead singer get naked on stage, running my umpteenth show with the Element crew, or booking Right Turn Eddie and Face First for my cousin’s sweet sixteen, I couldn’t get enough. I kinda still can’t. I bump the first Lanemeyer EP almost every week, my OCG CD every now and again, and I’ll never now support a band featuring Gabe. Keep up the good work and have me on this pod!

Sean, this is a very cool thing you're doing. NJPP times were some of the raddest times of our lives. The salad days for sure! I'd like to donate some MB recordings (known and rare) and scene ephemera to support your show. Just let me know where to send stuff. All th' best. Keep on truckin'
