“I have tried so many times to read the bible, but I just fall asleep.
Thomas keeps on chugging away and eventually we are ploughing our way through this so far, dreadfully written book.
I've listened up to Judges so far and the only thing inspirational I have found thus far is his determination to keep going.
He makes commentary on what he is reading too, which if you are a believer, you may find… um… off putting.
I am listening to this series, as up to this point in my life, I have never been a believer and I want to actually find out what the bible says with out biased interpretation. Thomas throws his own point of view in, but you know it his view and it doesn't cloud your understanding of what is being read.”Read full review »
