Makes reading the bible entertaining
I've listened to the 1st 18 episodes so far. I'm really enjoying the funny critical commentary. I've always wanted to read the bible from cover to cover. But I could only get through a few chapters on my own before I would get bored and not understand what I was reading. Thomas's comments as he is reading help make the scriptures entertaining and informative. He's pointed out many things that I wouldn't have understood reading on my own and also many absurdities and things that don't make sense. My only complaint is that thomas sometimes rambles on too long to get to his point. I would to like hear a quick explanation of each verse and a quick critique or Joke. Then move on.
