Cheerfully Savage, Always Entertaining
Open Letter and New Directions publish some of the best books around at the moment, and their intelligent, hilarious conversations about books, publishing and translations are always entertaining. My only complaint is that as a non-American, their occasional free-associating about US sports is utterly opaque, but you just learn to smile and node along.

I like that this podcast comes at the publishing from a different angle but the hosts have this habit of declaring that any given book is "just bad" and then move along in the discussion without explaining why they have that opinion.
