Seriously an amazing podcast! A thrilling adventure indeed--hey, my review, I'm allowed to be corny!
Ben Acker and Ben Blacker are comedic geniuses. I'm grateful to whatever entity brought them into this world because they are the geniuses behind this fabulous show.
I'm so glad that even people from Asia can hear these guys now because they're certainly not one to be missed! A brilliantly hilarious show and each segment brings one barrel of laughs after another. Never a dull moment and I don't think they can even BE dull if they tried. I'd watch them live if I could but they're, what, a million miles away? I can't believe I've been missing out the last six or so years they've been around so I'm so thankful they're on iTunes!
Each show is amazing, unique and brilliantly written. I find myself singing the songs and even mimicking the shows and memorable lines--and trust me, there are A LOT. My favorite segment would be the amazing pairing of Paul F. Tompkins and Paget Brewster in 'Beyond Belief' as Frank and Sadie Doyle--they always bring the house down! But Autumn Reeser as Amelia Earhart and John DiMaggio as Captain Laserbeam are among my favorites as well. They have such an amazing pool of players!
And the guest stars are amazing as well--Castle's Nathan Fillion, Paget Brewster's fellow Criminal Minds castmates, Kirsten Vangsness (who is drop dead hilarious in every podcast she graces) and Matthew Gray Gubler (who showcased his comedic talents in Beyond Belief), Cougar Town’s Busy Philips, musical duo Kate Micucci and Riki Lindhome as Garfunkel and Oates make appearances as well. There are tons others, but you’ll have to see for yourself!
A podcast you would not want to miss—The Thrilling Adventure Hour always delivers so prepare for a wild AND hilarious ride!
