Disappointed
I started listening with complete trust and open-mindedness because the story of Adea Shabani on To Live & Die in L.A. was one of the best podcasts I’ve ever heard. It set the bar really high. But, I don’t find Aliia Roza credible at all. The fact that I googled her and looked at her instagram page probably didn’t help. She seems to want to be a celebrity really bad. Also, it’s odd to me that if she is an ex-agent for the Russian government, why is she so open and vocal about it, and so visible? That doesn’t seem wise.

I’m sorry but there’s way too much time given to how the subject is sexually abused. The first three episodes left me cold and I gave up. Best podcast I’ve listened too! My heart was breaking for her, a true example of abuse of power, torn innocence and becoming a product of your environment. Can’t wait for season 2!
