“This is a completely unique and captivating story. You’re initially lured into this romantic idea of what a seductress spy’s life would be like (especially if you look up pictures of Aliia Roza); then you hear the brutality and reality of her story and it’s heart breaking. Her love for her father, and her country were exploited and used to traffic her.
She brings humanity to what we would otherwise think of as cold, soulless, and immoral enemies.
Definitely worth a listen, but be careful you aren’t up half the night trying to binge it!”
