It occurs twice in the Gāyatrī-sahasranāma found in the Rudrayāmala Tantra (verses 9 and 95: you can read them online here and here). This Gāyatrī-sahasranāma has been published as a part of the book Gāyatrī-Rahasyam edited by Paṇḍita Śivadatta Miśra Śāstrī.
