“This is easily one of my favorite podcasts. Tom & Lorenzo invite you into their home each week, sometimes with specific stories of their decor, entertaining, and cats, but no matter what topics are up for discussion that episode it feels almost like you're part of a conversation even though you can't technically respond in the moment. There's just something very welcoming about the show. I enjoy the variety of subjects. It's probably the rarest topic, but my favorite is when they expound on issues of social awareness and closely related to this I would also say gay culture. I came for the Project Runway and Drag Race reviews but I'm glad I stay for all of it because whether it's a deep dive on Mad Men or a rundown of runway trends or a collection of various topics I always enjoy the discussion and often learn a thing or three from it. I'm also definitely here for all of Tom's nerdy interests because I definitely share those, so anytime the subject turns to one of the Marvel or DC properties I'm ready to listen! I wasn't about to deduct a star for it, but the only thing I don't like about the show is the it can be very inconsistent about whether it gets released that week or which day or what time it goes up. I know this is more my problem than anyone else's. I just wish there was a warning of sorts. A little note somewhere on twitter or facebook or tucked away on some thread of the site that says it will be late this week or they are taking a mini-vacation from it. Maybe there is and I just don't know where to look. Regardless, I have listened to every episode and I enjoy them all. I would recommend it to anyone looking to inject a little more fashion or television into your podcast experience.”Read full review »
