Street Trainings - Make Learning Accessible and Fun
Listen now
Description
How can you increase accessibility to training opportunities and make learning fun again?  In this episode, we interview Peter Kalmar of the Flo Foundation about Street Training Festivals. The idea is simple: go outside in nature and offer fun, interactive, and experiential training to people for free in their local community. We chat about the wide range of topics people want to learn about (e.g., personal development, self awareness, leadership, career exploration, etc.), the design considerations for organizing such an event, and how a spark of an idea can become a movement that benefits thousands of people.
