Interesting but the LA episode...
I really like it and think it's super interesting. I just hated the LA ep, like when someone was saying her old company was SO CHEAP because they put her up in the Viceroy (a nice, luxury hotel) and she always tries to stay at Shutters (they didn't mention it starts at $700/night). Even if it is business travel, that sounds extravagant. And maybe, since they work for a travel publication, they get heavily discounted rates or have a higher budget for hotel stays. If so, it would've been nice to hear something like that. I don't listen to this expecting them to be budget travelers who stay at hostels and motels. But after the LA ep, it made me wonder if their other suggestions were affordable and realistic.Read full review »

More reviews of Travelogue
I love hearing travel experiences and tips, but surely there are alternative ways to describe angst than the over used F bombs hurled nearly every podcast by nearly 75% of the podcasting staff. Listener beware 🙄

I really want to get behind this podcast, but MAN, you guys need to listen back to what you’re actually saying. I lost count of the times you said “sort of” or “somewhat” or “like” before the point. Almost unlistenable. ;(
