“It's always fun to listen to intelligent, witty people discussing a show you love, especially if they're bringing a perspective you haven't heard before. Alice and Veronica manage to rekindle the love for TNG while also joking about its rough spots, missteps, and dated bits (and occasionally Data's bits). As a Trekkie who enjoyed TOS as a kid, loved TNG in my high school/college years, and admittedly enjoyed the J.J. “I was so initially exited when I found this podcast buuuut only around 30% of each episode is dedicated to Star Trek, the rest is mostly riffing and banter.
The most recent episode took them around 15 minutes to get into talking about Star Trek in any real way.
