Welcoming to new fans, fun for old fans
It's always fun to listen to intelligent, witty people discussing a show you love, especially if they're bringing a perspective you haven't heard before. Alice and Veronica manage to rekindle the love for TNG while also joking about its rough spots, missteps, and dated bits (and occasionally Data's bits). As a Trekkie who enjoyed TOS as a kid, loved TNG in my high school/college years, and admittedly enjoyed the J.J. Abrams (Kelvin timeline) movies, I've fallen for this podcast after the first two episodes. It's the perfect mix of nostalgia, criticism, humor, and pure fannish love.Read full review »

Set phasers to pun baybeeee. Wetterlund charms us into that sweet spot between coherent segments and the perfected tangents usually not seen this early into a podcast.
