Disappointing - one sided
After listening to nearly all of this podcast I came away really disappointed. Instead of a an impartial and balanced review of the evidence in this case - the series tried very hard to convince me that this father is innocent. All the way through. I have no idea of where I stand because I only have seen one side of the argument. It’s a shame as I think there was good potential to highlight some of the issues with forensic science in our justice system. But instead I feel like I’ve listened to a propeganda piece and am a bit annoyed to be honest.

This episode seems to go against the evidence. The car did take a while to fill with water as the two younger boys had been unstrapped from their car seats by their older brother in the front seat, who was also half out of the car.
