Compelling when paired with some further reading
I’m aware of how easy it is to become swayed by the ‘recency effect’ - the last thing you read or hear impacting one’s judg bent, however the podcast, along with the recommended reading (Road to Damnation) does provide a lot of food for thought. As an ‘expert witness as well as content witness over the past two decades plus I’m well aware of how the court system works - I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of this podcast pans out - thanks for your efforts in putting it together.

I didn’t know much about the case so I have listened with an open mind. I’m not buying the cough syncope excuse and I’m not swayed by the experts. This feels like an attempt by the journalist to be seen to champion an “innocent man” in a high profile case (great way to get listeners). I was hoping this podcast might look at this story without any bias. My mind is still no clearer but you’ve certainly not convinced me he’s not guilty!
