More Laura, less biblical stories
Laura’s calm and caring presence comes across as she speaks. I appreciate her compassion method…her compassionate statements at the end of episode 4 are beautiful. Biblical tangents take away from, rather than enhance the topic…unless you are an evangelical Christian. Too much framing of Genesis and Adam and Eve story as God being compassionate. I was thrilled to find Laura on a podcast, have only heard her a couple times she was a guest on another show and immediately love her heart and style.

More reviews of Triggered and True
I’ve only just discovered Laura Duncan. This makes so much sense! Complete rethink on belief systems and the root not being rejection but shame is a game changer for me.

So good. I cried through every episode. If you listen and disagree keep listening anyway. I promise you, your life will change if you give it a shot.
