Motivation and years of tri-knowledge
This is one of my favorite tri-related podcasts. Kristian provides sound advice, great interviews, and plenty of motivation to get out and SBR. While the name of the show comes from the popular keto breakfast, this wfpb athlete feels right at home. Kristian promotes smart nutrition, training, and recovery, regardless of personal lifestyle choices. I look forward to a new episode every week.
