This podcast is a such a great find - a gem! Such solid information and no fluff. I also recently purchased my 1st training plan from Endurance Specific. Kristian was so thoughtful, insightful, experienced and thorough with my plan. This podcast is truly a treasure to find!

I’ve been listening to Kristian and Charlotte for a few months after realizing one of my local running idols is a client. Great content and even though I’m a runner and not into triathlons (yet), it’s refreshing to hear about Ironman pieces. I look forward to plugging the podcast in when I have...Read full review »

Dude listen to your own show. Learn how to mix audio. I’ve been listening for year but I can’t take poor mix since you came back. Fix the mix and you’ll have a listener again.

I’m a little late to the podcast world, but I’ve been in San Diego out of Melbourne, for a few decades, and around Triathlon. So your second show I listen to, is Bob Babbitt. We’re close in age, so I rack up near him in many races. You got everything about him so right, with the right...Read full review »

Tons and tons of knowledge nuggets in these podcasts! I love listening to the guests that Kristian has on the show, but IMO, my favorite shows are when it is just Kristian and Charlotte going no BS on a TriSpecific subject. Great show, keep up the good work!
