The knee jerk bandwagon jumping regarding anything trending on social media is curious. Before lecturing America on which celebs are ok vs cancelled, maybe do some research- hate tom wopat? Blanch is a Bo Duke fan? Do you know amount John Schneider’s views? Just pick a lane..

I have had a cat 🐈 her name was Sammi and when she had hairballs I would run over to her and scoop her up and put her on the hardwood floor and then pat her back. I also have a dog 🐩 named Finn who when he doesn’t feel good he starts shaking and then he starts looking like the Snoopy vulture.

Christy, nobody cares, talk about Cookie or modern motherhood, hockey is boring!

I’m late discovering this gem of a podcast, but I’m so glad I found these ladies. It feels like we could be friends. This has quickly become my go to podcast

I love this podcast, however, if the podcast is too much for you, why are you doing it.

Christy and her bestie Lauren Ash of Superstore and Not Dead Yet kill it with off the rails banter. It’s perfect for true crime fans who also love a great 20-30 minute banter intro :) I’ve literally laughed out loud at Christie’s hot crushes on the non-human McDonalds character Grimace and her...Read full review »

I love hearing people who are just obsessed with each other (in a fun way) just talk about some of my favourite topics. Also I love to hear a Canadian podcast!

My step mum got me onto your podacast. At first I was like “noooooo, it’s goes for hours and hours and they banter too much”. Now im just so invested in the going ons of you gals. So funny, down to earth, and spot on. You’re a big part of most of my days.

Love the podcast. The banter between the 2 is unmatched! It’s amazing listening to them just being themselves! But most importantly they pick good cases and give the people a lot of information! Sincerely a big fan!

These ladies are great! The research is unmatched and I truly appreciate the work put in. It helps that both of their personalities are wonderful and they feel like friends. I don’t mind the banter at the start but if you do just fast forward man, not a big deal. Well worth it for the cases. Keep...Read full review »

I trip all over myself to smash the play button on this every Tuesday. They should be running the FBI but instead they are entertaining the world. If I am ever murdered, tell the police to go home. I want Lauren and Christy on the case. Need more, love you!!

These ladies do a wonderful job in researching their topics and being sensitive to victims without getting political. Yes, they do banter. If you don’t like it, fast forward. The love they have for each other and their topics is palpable. Great podcast and I look forward to listening every week.

I came to this podcast because Lauren Ash is my favorite comedian on TV, and then stayed for Christy and Lauren’s hilarious banter and heartwarming sisterhood. Love these two, and for the haters who want them to get straight to the true crime, I often only listen to the banter in the beginning...Read full review »

The banter is absolutely painful, 20+ minutes into an episode and they still haven’t even started talking about the case! I clicked on the title of the episode because I want to hear the story, not sit there pressing fast-forward for 20 minutes, hoping to finally catch some worthwhile content.
KlsKristen via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 02/01/24
I tried. I really tried. Too much talk about nothing. Seriously over 15 minutes of trying to guess who she saw at the award show. 30 seconds would’ve been suffice. It took them over 45 minutes to get into the story. At that point, I had enough.

This podcast is brilliant, I cannot recommend it enough. It’s not just a retelling of a true crime case - it’s a hilarious rollercoaster with an ample amount of judgement which the bad guys in these cases absolutely deserve. They’ll make you laugh, they’ll give you new insults to use in everyday...Read full review »

Found this podcast in 2021 and it’s truly the best research I’ve seen on any true crime podcast! So good and I’m always interested to hear the theories on the unsolved cases. I was a loyal listener for a number of years. I enjoyed the banter and could easily relate to them. They also seemed pretty thorough in their research. Ok - right off the bat I have to take away a star because for Canadians the last letter of the alphabet is Zed and not zee; ex, why, zed; Zed Zed Top etc. Having said that, I love everything else about this podcast. SOFAKING happy that I found you two.

At first I couldn’t stand the banter because I was used to more serious true crime podcasts, but the more I listened the more I fell in love with them. Now I look forward to the banter more than the actual investigation 😂. Thanks for giving me something to look forward to every week!
