Keli Lane episode
I love the podcast and listen every week but I found the episode on Keli Lane frustrating and biased. It wanted the audience to feel sorry for Keli but where was the sympathy for baby Tegan, who was so carelessly discarded? Guest speaker said there is no evidence but didn’t mention that there has never been any proof of life for Tegan. Said that there is no motive. But if Keli panicked because she had no arrangement in place for Tegan (maybe the arrangement fell through) and she couldn’t tell her family the truth, that’s a motive. She said that Keli was entitled to her privacy when Tegan was born. No she was obligated to follow the legal process to ensure Tegan was cared for. Couldn’t give an explanation as to why “Andrew and Mel” have never come forward, or why Tegan has never been found alive and well. The episode gave no evidence to justify the questioning of KL’s conviction.
