I listen most weeks and have been enjoying this podcast since the start. But this weeks episode was terrible, the audio was so bad. I gave up after about 10min.

Enjoying the podcast, and am super interested in the Mendendez case, but gave up because of the audio quality of your guest. Such a shame.

This is a massively variable podcast. The quality of any particular episode depends entirely on the standard of the guest as the host has no interviewing skills whatever and draws nothing out of her guests. Occasionally, the host has a guest who is interesting enough and good enough a speaker...Read full review »

I gave it a shot, listened to 15 or so episodes and after hearing about Luke and then trying to find his case covered by another podcast so I can get a good comprehensive look into the case, I decided your podcast is unnecessary without providing the link to the case. Your podcast is basically...Read full review »

I don’t know how this podcast doesn’t feature more prominently in the crime podcast selection. I found it searching for a specific case. There’s a lot more information about familiar cases that I’ve listened to on other podcasts. Also lots of cases I’ve never heard before. A must - listen.

Listening to Brent Sanders talk as a 54 year old woman, and having definitions made over sexual encounters blew my mind. And the way he give such great examples, like how you would defend a baby vs yourself was incredible. Every young, old and in between female and male should listen to this...Read full review »

This was embarrassing to listen to … what a biased interviewee !! Her conspiracy theories are wild and backed by nothing!! Loved how she glossed over Turtle Boy snd didn’t even mention Karen’s history of abusive behaviour and drinking … you could have done a much better job than that with this case

Great podcast but way too many ads

Can’t believe you would want to bring up notoriety from people that need to rest in peace. Disgusting episode, disgusting people. I feel sick for listening for even 20 minutes. Find a new hobby to make money.

I love the content of these podcasts and look forward to listening to them. A little bit of vocal fry from the presenter has crept in though. It’d be better if she didn’t do that but I love listening anyway. The ads are repetitive too.

I am so entertained I could listen to every single episode and just keep that thang rollin’!

Aussie living in the USA here. This guest who is apparently someone who “knows the most” about this topic was incredibly bias. Disappointing 😑

Love this podcast , however the ads pushing tables the USA was a little too much in your latest episode .

Rebecca Zahau and Shacknai were not married. She was not Max’s stepmother. She was not a dental assistant she worked in Optometry. I lost interest within the first 10 minutes with so many errors in the content.

I love this podcast! Only complaint is I wish they would drop more often!

Do we really need to hear another podcast talk about the Bronwyn case? There are so many other cases that need to have a platform yet this seems like such an easy reach. What happened to new, original content?

I find your podcast so very interesting and presenting eclectic situations. I wish you rated more obviously on the podcast selection options. I found you accidentally but your podcast offers such a great insight into so many life experiences that lead to crime. Your presentation is always offered...Read full review »

The show used to be interesting and focused on intriguing cases. Nowadays its either recycled posts from 3+ years ago or you’re piggy backing on the same cases other top podcasts have recently covered. Be more creative in the episode choices and focus on justice rather than another journalists...Read full review »

Meh
Used to be good. The producers are very narrow minded and repetitive with their story choices these days rather than covering the broader true crime genre like the show used to.

Once again I felt quite frustrated with yet another episode. Another massive elephant in the room being ridiculously ignored. Had to stop listening to it, felt like shaking both of you Hello?? I usually enjoy these episodes but this one with Xanthe the criminologist seemed biased and aimed getting listeners to feel sorry for Kelli. I’ve folllowed this case for years and also watched the ABC’s documentary Exposed-Keli Lane. There is so much more about her actions, relationships, family...Read full review »

I enjoy this podcast but the KL episode was weak. The guest was just as biased and offered nothing solid just conjecture and speculation.

I love the podcast and listen every week but I found the episode on Keli Lane frustrating and biased. It wanted the audience to feel sorry for Keli but where was the sympathy for baby Tegan, who was so carelessly discarded? Guest speaker said there is no evidence but didn’t mention that there...Read full review »

Love the podcast. I do not always agree - ie Keli Lani not having a motive! She did!! She was motivated by possibility of being found out by parents and community! Love to hear all the views out there - awesome.

Been a bit boring this year, 2024 if I’m honest. The old episodes are BRILLIANT though.

Love Gemma as a host. The cases are great although, I really enjoyed the series where episodes were dedicated to female domestic violence and the author was guest speaking from her book “Look What You Made Me Do”. It shone a much needed light on the victims of domestic violence. It would be...Read full review »

I really enjoyed the interview with Bill Edgar. Seeing how he’s had a tough life but continues to soldier on is a pretty big thing considering the challenges he’s faced from a young fella. A simplistic version presented by Mr Crowley which is not supported by all the facts presented at trial of Sica. Just one example is the discovery of the foot prints. The host/interviewer comes across as a very naive, young, 15 yr old creating a podcast for a school project. Whilst I expect the episode guest to at minimum, give a sarcastic response, they always answer each question calmly. I’m imagining they at least roll their eyes at some points. Used to be my fav crime pod but not liking it anymore. Missing the old eps on homicide cases with the detectives or journalist on to explain all of the details, these days it’s just overseas cases or interviews about a job in that field. Boring

We here in Australia do not like to seperate on lines of race, heritage, colour or religion. We are all equal… and that’s a noble thing… You activists have become so lost in your objectives that you are forcing tribalism and indirect racism.
