I love the podcast and listen every week but I found the episode on Keli Lane frustrating and biased. It wanted the audience to feel sorry for Keli but where was the sympathy for baby Tegan, who was so carelessly discarded? Guest speaker said there is no evidence but didn’t mention that there...Read full review »

Love the podcast. I do not always agree - ie Keli Lani not having a motive! She did!! She was motivated by possibility of being found out by parents and community! Love to hear all the views out there - awesome.

Been a bit boring this year, 2024 if I’m honest. The old episodes are BRILLIANT though.

Love Gemma as a host. The cases are great although, I really enjoyed the series where episodes were dedicated to female domestic violence and the author was guest speaking from her book “Look What You Made Me Do”. It shone a much needed light on the victims of domestic violence. It would be...Read full review »

Not everything adds up, or at least she’s not disclosing herself fully, not to mention being quite nonchalant describing her wretched, degenerate family. Her mum! All 5 children started up on heroine by her mum and she said her mum loved them unconditionally? A tad oblivious maybe, or is it...Read full review »

"Absolutely captivating podcast! Each episode was a delight from start to finish. Gemma Bath shines brightly with her engaging voice, profound insights, and skillfully crafted questions. Her remarkable ability to balance compassion with factual rigor is truly commendable. Through her expert...Read full review »

Having listened to many true crime podcasts over the years, I have to rate this one highly. I think I underestimated it at first and gave it a miss in favour of others. However I have been systematically working through all the episodes and have become impressed with and enjoy the compactness of...Read full review »

Why show sympathy for her she made her choices!! She was happy to sell and try import drugs. What about those affected by her actions!!!

I really enjoyed the interview with Bill Edgar. Seeing how he’s had a tough life but continues to soldier on is a pretty big thing considering the challenges he’s faced from a young fella. I’ve never been in a funeral while he’s been there but I reckon it would be great! Would be a hard thing...Read full review »

A simplistic version presented by Mr Crowley which is not supported by all the facts presented at trial of Sica. Just one example is the discovery of the foot prints. Mr Crowley is negligent in his commentary of exactly how detectives identified the foot prints evolved. Had he done more research...Read full review »

The host/interviewer comes across as a very naive, young, 15 yr old creating a podcast for a school project. Whilst I expect the episode guest to at minimum, give a sarcastic response, they always answer each question calmly. I’m imagining they at least roll their eyes at some points. The...Read full review »

Terrible, over dramatic narration spoils the stories.

Used to be my fav crime pod but not liking it anymore. Missing the old eps on homicide cases with the detectives or journalist on to explain all of the details, these days it’s just overseas cases or interviews about a job in that field. Boring

This is one of my favourite podcasts . I listen to so many across the board podcasts and I really like the way this is presented with the interviewer not speaking over the guest . Totall recommend 💯

We here in Australia do not like to seperate on lines of race, heritage, colour or religion. We are all equal… and that’s a noble thing… You activists have become so lost in your objectives that you are forcing tribalism and indirect racism. In fact it didn’t truely exist in this country but you...Read full review »

I couldn’t get past the drawn out over the top intro. There’s enough good content in the subject matter to be padding and hyping.

Pretty good podcast I have almost listened to every episode up to date. Go for a lengthy amount of time which I love! Have heard some negative things about this podcast, ripping other podcasts off, making stories up etc which makes me a bit iffy if I still want to be a listener or not..

Such a sad story. A policeman friend who played a major roll in the Darcey Freeman case had to seek professional help to learn how to cope with her case and how it affected him. After all these years he struggles to discuss the case. May she rest in peace.

Fascinating content, but it’s very hard to find podcasts by journalist, that do not consist of them interviewing other journalists. I don’t want to hear from the journalist, I want to hear from people actually involved in the situation. In the case of true crime, that maybe police, legal...Read full review »

When it’s a male criminal the show is reported so well but when it’s a woman more often than not they make excuses often blaming someone else. It’s obvious and takes away credibility from this show. It’s quite comical to see the bias. They blamed a man for a female prison guard being involved in...Read full review »

Oh please please shorten your questions - one question at a time!!! And stop using the word ‘because’ in your questions. Just make the statement then ask the question. Love the topics but the interview style drives me crazy.

Hi, I’m sure your podcast is great. However, Margaret Cunneen is a terrible person who retraumatizes sexual assault victims in court just so she can receive the big bucks. Shame you had her on your latest episode, she makes me sick.

She’s guilty and everyone knows it. One infant death is tragic, two is suspicious, three and four are murder, plain and simple. Disgusting that you’re giving this coverage

Excellent podcast - very interesting stories that are very well told. I love the calm style, the limited background music (too many podcasts have uninteresting loud music that really detracts.)

This is a great summary style true crime podcast with an in depth story telling style. I really appreciate the Australian content, as I’m particularly fed up with grating American accents. The soft and dulcet tones of the host and interviewer Emma are a real pleasure on the ear.
