My best friend in the Kitchen
So after my hubby passed away in 2016 I had to find a job. And I did. And I love it. But my salary needs to be fed by additional work. So I do catering after hours. With my adhd I can’t work in silence, I’ll go mad. I learned about Podcasts last year around July 2022. And came across Nicole Engelbrecht. I was smitten by her professionalism. Her calm voice and putting her in the mind of both the victim and the perpetrator. Dwelling into their past, giving us insight to why they did it. She takes each case and dissects it. I have also learnt from these stories. Where to be, who to talk to, what to warn my kids about etc. I love listening to her podcast. She has become my best friend in the kitchen when I bake / cook alone until early hours of the morning. She gets me through it. Well done, keep going. You’re making such a difference. Been a year of listening and what a joy.

I often battle to stay focused when listening to podcasts but Nicole’s narration is outstanding. The research and compassion is to another level. I’m addicted to this show!

Thank...Read full review »

Because it is NOT always about colour. Serial killers are (worldwide) mostly white males. Please stop telling us about the...Read full review »
