Description
Kicking off the #onthegram series, Shawnda sits down with “No B.S.” business coach, entrepreneur, and founder of CEO Hat Club. Lindsey Nadler. Lindsey reveals her decision to pause her successful fitness/influencer career after feeling led to help rescue women involved in sex trafficking. Lindsey also dives into some common misconceptions about women and power. How do you rise in your power without sacrificing your health (both mental and physical)? Not only are you enough, but you ARE powerful. If you really understand how powerful you are without fear of judgement, THAT’S when you start to see change. In a world that often defines a woman’s worth with what she GIVES, or what she contributes, power has historically been a scary word. Lindsey and Shawnda help push back on patriarchal culture and how to live life out in the open by not fearing failure.
