Great, brief nuggets that you can take away and use
People who listen to this are likely struggling with a problem, so you’re going to get a more-than-casual audience. I like that the podcast offers succinct explanations and practical recommendations—too many self-help stories are heavy on the problem description and light on solutions. I also like that they are rigorously evidence-based: we want to know that what we are trying has some data behind it. It also discusses the common over-the-counter solution, melatonin, with some cautionary notes. Finally, what I would have wanted to hear about but didn’t: the role of evening eating in sleep, with recommendations; and the effects of alcohol or cannabis consumption on sleep.
