I also like that they are rigorously evidence-based: we want to know that what we are trying has some data behind it. It also discusses the common over-the-counter solution, melatonin, with some cautionary notes.
Finally, what I would have wanted to hear about but didn’t: the role of evening eating in sleep, with recommendations; and the effects of alcohol or cannabis consumption on sleep.”
