I can’t stop recommending this podcast to friends. It covers important, universally relevant topics-good sleep, positive social interactions, and preparing food-and aims to help you achieve or improve them. The episodes, which are well-researched and presented with the help of experts in their...Read full review »

Cooking made easier and less stressful. The older i get, the more i dislike cooking as a daily necessary function. The whole shebang of planning, shopping, having energy to prep and then feeling like cooking when the hour comes has become a real drag. I did pick up a few helpful hints here. The...Read full review »

Well I started listening to the podcast while I was procrastinating of going to bed and I’ll admit I think this is a great podcast but I have trouble wrapping my head around what they are saying maybe I will revisit again sometime but I think this is a great thing y’all are doing with this...Read full review »

I’m a visually Washington Post subscriber. Ads for this podcast load before almost every robo-narrated article. I’ve heard the same ad so many times that I have no interest in learning more about improving my daily life - which would be greatly improved if the ads would just stop.

I enjoyed the Podcast as helping frame the whys of my love for cooking and also showing me ways to take some of the pressure off. I do think it would be helpful to take it to the next level. For example, walk through a grocery store and model putting a fast and satisfying meal together that...Read full review »

I make podcasts for a living and this is one of my favorites to listen to (unaffiliated). Love how bite-sized these are. Jam packed with helpful info and nothing else! Keep em coming please!

These short little podcasts are so powerful. I just wish they were represented or represented showing how PTSD makes all of this even worse and I was victim of a violent crime at a doctors office and Soho New York City the behavior should've been punished and there should've been a rest...Read full review »

People who listen to this are likely struggling with a problem, so you’re going to get a more-than-casual audience. I like that the podcast offers succinct explanations and practical recommendations—too many self-help stories are heavy on the problem description and light on solutions. I also...Read full review »

I love this podcast because it not only gives me advice but it also tells me what I’m doing wrong and how it affects me. When I’m trying out these strategies Lisa was spot on! I’ve been trying these pre-sleeping exercises and have been sleeping like a baby. Although, the music and sound...Read full review »

Really enjoying the content and format of the show. So far, host Cristina Quinn and sleep therapist Lisa Strauss, are great. Especially appreciated their easy, behavioral ideas to improve sleep. Looking forward to learning more courses!

the host is wonderful, and the first series on sleep is excellent. excited about this podcast, but please lose the music and sound effects. they’re terribly distracting and cheapen the listening experience.
smurphyk9 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 12/23/23
The sleep shows could’ve been one episode, plus the narration between each point was annoying. Too bad you have to pay for a subscription. But I enjoyed the ones that are free.

Nice to have something with these kinds of topics that doesn’t drone on endlessly. If you have anxiety about sleep, this course is worth listening to

The minute I started listening I started yawning ! I listened all five in a row last night they were full of good helpful ideas and I was shocked when I woke up at 7:30 when I usually wake up at 4:30am.

I think I could really like this series, but the music is really annoying. And the transitions between different parts of the same episode made me question at one point if I was listening to the same episode. Not exactly sure but they aren’t smooth or logical.

As someone who is picky with their podcasts, I very much enjoyed this one. The narrators tone is very professional but joyful and is very easy to follow ; Nicely structured podcast.
