Overthinking Is OUT, Letting Things Be Is IN

Description
If you can’t stop overthinking, listen to this episode.  Last week I went on my first brand trip, and it was INCREDIBLE. The days leading up to the trip, I was so nervous and was thinking about every possible thing that could go wrong. It got to a point where I almost backed out of the trip because I was overthinking and SPIRALING. Thankfully, I pulled it together and forced myself to go, and I’m so glad I did because it was a huge reminder that OUR THOUGHTS AREN’T ALWAYS CORRECT. Just because I tell myself that I’m going to have a bad time or that no one’s going to like me doesn’t mean that’s what’s going to happen. In today’s episode, I talk about why we overthink, how overthinking robs us of experiences, and letting go of control.  Trying Not to Care is sponsored by BetterHelp - Visit betterhelp.com/TNTC today to get 10% off your first month SOCIALS AND LINKS Instagram: Ashley's Instagram | Trying Not to Care Instagram TikTok: Ashley's TikTok | Trying Not to Care TikTok Youtube: Subscribe here Revolve, Amazon Storefront and more: LTX TNTC COMMUNITY GROUPCHAT: https://app.geneva.com/invite/4939298b-477b-4d4b-a32a-0b82431273bf Business Inquiries - [email protected] / [email protected] Produced by Dear Media See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
