Hoping i can get past inconsistent accents
Compelling story line. The guidance from the narrator is helpful. Foley sound can be a bit much at times. The thing that distracts me is inconsistent accents. One minute the characters are hitting and rolling their 'Middle Eastern' Rs so hard i think they are going to break their tongue and a few lines later they sounds British. Tumanbay is the best audio drama I've come across. The scripting, the quality of the actors, the music and sound effects all combine to create a rich picture in your mind. The tangled web of scheming and shifting alliances reminds me of Game of Thrones.Read full review »
