The best of its kind
I'm a podcast fiend. If I'm not listening to music, then I'm jamming a podcast. And as a musician, I've scoured the land of podcasts for the perfect music poddie. There are some really exceptional ones out there (Song Exploder, Dissect, Broken Record, and Aquarium Drunkard, to name bu a few), but TuneDig is exactly what I wanted in a music podcast. Deep dives into albums in bite-size episodes. The tone of these guys is perfect. I'm living in a place where there isn't a ton of music culture and most of my music-obsessive friends are hours away, which is typically how I got to nerd-out on albums. To listen to these guys, I get my fix. It's like I'm getting to hear my friends gush about specific moments on albums. It also doesn't hurt that our tastes overlap. There isn't a single album they've done so far where I question it place. And when you do a deep dive into Norma Jean, John Coltrane, BADBADNOTGOOD, Childish Gambino, Mars Volta, and Converge, well, count me in. There's also a range of albums and voices they cover, so there's something for everyone. I'm so pyshced this podcast exists. Keep up the great work, guys.Read full review »

It feels like you’re in a pub with a bunch of like minded people just wanting to discuss why you think this is great, but minus any judgement and you can take the whole experience in. If you love music add this to...Read full review »
