Constructive Criticism:
Really this is a 3.5 for me, that I’m calling a 4 to be generous, as it could bump itself up (even to 4.5 territory) with a few tweaks. Editing will be this podcast’s friend - pauses are sometimes too long at the cuts, causing momentum loss for the listener - it’s clunky enough to be distracting. Edit out the filler words that don’t add anything. (Really. Uh-huh). Sometimes the background noise detracts rather than adds. All in all, this seems like editing skills that are in a growth period. I assume that part will get better over time. More of a hurdle: while on one hand I feel like I’m waiting to hear these two find their voices, on the other hand Im sometimes hearing opinions on jurisprudence that make a me cringe a little at being ill-informed or juvenile. So, when they do find their voices, I hope it’s by way of a lot more research on criminal justice & how mental health, poverty/class & race have historically affected the execution thereof.

In my top five, very clever and funny. Hosts are smart and well prepared for the cases the present.
