This is a terrific show whether you’re transitioning or you’re just trying to be a good ally. In such a surface-level, first-impressions society it’s easy to label everything as we go, but this podcast is full of reminders and education to let people be people.

While the teaser posted a while ago was a great indicator, listening to the first episode was enough to convince me that this show was going to be worthy of my time. Beyond the huge production value and how beautifully edited it is, Alex and Mattie are very moving in the way they open up their...Read full review »

Brave, open, unpolished, personal view into the real lives of two people who care deeply about one another as they grapple with becoming who they truly are. And supporting each other along the way. Can’t wait sit to hear more. This IS making a difference in promoting understanding, which is part...Read full review »

There’s not much to review yet with only a short episode out so far, but I think it set a good tone, and I’m looking forward to future episodes!

I appreciate the honesty of these “spouses”as they share their stories. For someone who wants to understand and accompany young people, they genuine desire to make a difference resonates with my spirit. They are lovely humans doing important work. Thanks!

I didn't know it was possible to get me to cry that quickly. This podcast is incredible both as a story of transitions and as a way to help others evaluate their feelings and thoughts about their own gender.Read full review »

I can’t write a long review because it will probably make me cry too much to finish. This show is so amazing and beautiful and refreshing and brilliant. I can’t speak to 16 year old Alex, but this definitely helped me. I like to think it would help them.

I loved the premier of Two Headed Girl. The construction of the past interwoven with the present is conceptually gripping, the always complex saga of a life's most cherished relationship, and the sincere intent to help people navigate the world. Together, Alex and Matthew begin to share their...Read full review »

I’ve never heard a better or more caring take on tougher or more interesting topics. I want to hear more about their tales on gender and marriage, mental health and finding yourself and you place in the world.
