“Hosts Gabriel Gatehouse and Victoria Derbyshire and their colleagues provide top-notch reporting on Ukrainecast. My husband and I (American by birth) have recently taken dual citizenship with the UK. We both work in the international arena. I currently have multiple Russian speaking ESL students, so have been following the war with great concern.
We can say without reservation that Ukrainecast is the best. I’m tired of other podcasts that have sound effects of reporters walking through the rubble or ringing mobile phones to make you feel the ‘authenticity’ of their reporting. Ukrainecast goes much further, providing a connection to what is currently happening through in-country interviews with Ukrainians across the conflict - politicians, parents, doctors, IT experts, teenagers, etc., as well as with subject analysts and foreign policy experts.

“It’s not got the same polish as it’s sister podcasts. I think the opening titles need changing.
