Today Josh and Noah remember and honor all of the lives lost on the 20th Anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy. It is SO important to remind those close to you how much you love them and never take any moment in life for granted because it can be taken from you in a second. America's fighting spirit prevailed and got America through one of the worst terror attacks in the history of the world.

Annie Lazor is one of the best breaststrokers in the world and is coming off one of her best seasons ever after winning a bronze medal in the 200 Breaststroke at the Tokyo Olympics! Maya DiRado is a former member of Team USA and gold medalist from the 2016 Olympic Games! Maya swam four years at Stanford where she won the 200 and 400 IM at the NCAA Championships.
