The bias: you’re a big dummy if you didn’t already know this
I agree with basically everything they go over, BUT- when I reached an episode where they were talking about myths etc and they spoke about aspartame…. It’s long been known it doesn’t cause cancer, the problem is how it affects your gut microbiome. There’s a lot of studies, that isn’t controversial.. Who’s the dummy now! haha In all seriousness, the content is good but her attitude is repellant. I wish I could send some of this content to people in my life who have fallen for misinformation, but I can’t because she’s so dismissive and eye-roll and straight up mean about it. Still looking for competent science communicators in the nutrition/medical space (key word: communicator!!)
