Meh
I’ll be honest. I expected something more polished and knowledgeable—which I expect to hear in anything sponsored by the NYRB—than what I got. I cannot tell you how much I dislike listening to what sound like high school kids. Their grammar is terrible; they really don’t have much of a grasp of what’s being discussed; and if I hear “disrespecting” one more time out of people who are supposed to be readers, I’m gonna scream. Immediately unfollowing this. Not worth my time in the least. Get grownups who know how to speak and maybe I’ll be back.
