Wonderful stories
I’m planning a trip to Japan in May 2021 and decided to look for podcasts about Japan. This one is a gem with a total of 60 episodes, most under 15 minutes with Theresa Matsuura, a writer of stories who lives in Japan...sharing Japanese customs and folklore. She has a melodious voice and there is lovely background music too. Even if you’re not going to Japan, these short episodes are the perfect antidote to COVID-19 news or US politics. Enjoy and please vote if you’re a US citizen. Be well!

With the wonderful background noises of her surroundings, it covers some dark content...Read full review »

She shares her research discoveries and obsessions with you in a tidy short and sweet podcast while out in the field. You can even hear the beach noises on this one. Not...Read full review »
