You remind me of FM DJs of my youth… with a research bent. Always informative and fills in the gaps of Rock folklore. Keith Duddy Brisbane, Australia

Who doesn’t love listening to Alan Cross talk?! These podcasts give interesting obscure insights and they’re the perfect length. I’m mid- binge and hope there’s another season.

Usually comes across as a bunch of random facts that are seemingly related but with no central narrative. This would be fine if the narrator didn’t want to be Keith morrison’s understudy. It’d be a better podcast if he spoke with a tone that actually matched the text he was reading.

Excellent podcasts and the stories are paced very well and offer true insights into the world of Rock n’ Roll. We are in good hands with musical archivist, Mr Cross.

He died years later from an OD due to the pain meds he was taking because of the pain he was in from the plane crash ofter years of being sober. Very sad story.

DJ AM did not die in that plane crash. He died a year later. Run DMC definitely did NOT release their debut album in 1994. 🙄 So many mispronounced names. 🤦‍♀️

DJ AM didn’t die in a plane crash. He died a year after the accident.

Huge error-DJ AM survived the plane crash. He died of an accidental drug overdose. Disappointed that you made such a mistake.

In relation to the first episode. DJ AM died of an overdose… a year after the plane crash. FYI.
